1packageinstant ramen noodlesShin or Jim Ramen recommended
½packetramen soup seasoningincluded in ramen
1packetramen dried vegetables flakes included in ramen
8-10fl ozwater
1 large egg
2slicesAmerican cheeseor any cheese slices
1green onionchopped
Instructions
Empty ½ the ramen soup packet in a microwave-safe bowl, along with the entire dried vegetable seasoning packet. Add the noodles and pour in enough water to submerge the ramen.
1 package instant ramen noodles, ½ packet ramen soup seasoning, 1 packet ramen dried vegetables flakes , 8-10 fl oz water
Cover the bowl and place on a plate. Microwave for 2 minutes. Remove carefully.
Make sure noodles are submerged in water. Crack egg in the middle. Fold cheese slices in half and place around the egg. Cover bowl again and microwave on plate for 90 seconds.
1 large egg, 2 slices American cheese
Sprinkle with green onions and stir. The egg whites may appear underdone, but will finish cooking as you mix. Enjoy immediately.
Feel free to use the traditional stove method:Bring water to rolling simmer with ramen seasonings in a shallow pan. Cook ramen on each side for 30 secs on medium heat. Loosen the noodles and add the egg. Place the cheese slices and cook until they start to melt and egg white look opaque. Turn off the heat and enjoy!
