Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉(175℃).
Using a sharp knife, score slits through the brie wheel w/out removing the rind. Be sure not to slice all the way through to keep wheel intact. Spread 1 tablespoon honey on the scored side.
8 oz brie , 1 tablespoon honey
Heat oil in skillet on the stove. On medium-low heat, add brie on pan scored honey-side down for 1-1:30 minutes until charred. Carefully lift up and set aside. Chop the hazetnuts, if required.

In the same skillet, pour in the remaining honey. Add chopped hazelnuts, rosemary, salt, and blackberries. Stir until fruit and nuts are evenly coated with honey.

Place brie wheel score-side up in middle of the pan and transfer skillet to oven. Bake 10-12 minutes until cheese is starting to melt. Mix with fruit and enjoy with toasted baguettes.
