Easy Reese's S'mores Dip

The melted chocolate, the warm peanut butter filling, and gooey marshmallow truly makes the PERFECT s'mores bite. I was drooling when I first saw this on Tasty's page - I loved watching their food videos! The way they showed each layer coming together so quickly - it was so mesmerizing! It definitely inspired me to make this dip, so I modified this easy recipe to fit my skillet.

Only 3 Ingredients

  • Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Cups: It takes a few minutes to unwrap the cups, but I'm sure it'll a fun task for the kids. Just don't be surprised when a few peanut butter cups goes "missing."
  • Large Marshmallows: Feel free to use any size marshmallows, but the large ones just fits perfectly over the mini PB cups - don't you think?
  • Graham crackers: Be sure to have enough crackers to sandwich each s'mores. You can also enjoy these with your favorite pretzels!

Suzy's Tips For Success:

  • You have friends who don't care for or are allergic to peanut butter: Use classic Hershey Kisses or mini bars.
  • Use an oven-safe skillet: A round cast iron is my favorite. If well seasoned, clean up is a breeze. Use proper oven mitts/gloves and be cautious when taking any pan out of the oven - they will be very HOT!
  • Serve up immediately: Have the graham crackers ready to go! Marshmallows will slowly start to deflate, so present to the table right away.
  • Halve the recipe: This recipe serves 6 easily. If you have a smaller group, grab a smaller pan to bake up a smaller portion.

FAQ

Is the pan easy to clean afterwards?

Yes! I used a seasoned cast-iron skillet. I ran the pan through running hot water and the peanut butter cups and marshmallow released easily. Feel free to use a large parchment paper to line your pan or skillet.

My friend is allergic to peanuts - can I just layer with chocolate?

Absolutely! Use Hershey Kisses or mini chocolate bars for a classic s'mores dip and it'll taste just as delicious.
